Weaving Worlds Together 2025 All-Island Traditional Craft & Social Prescribing Programme

Delivered data-led project management, evaluation, analysis and reporting for a national cross-cultural arts programme with Kerry County Council. Designed evaluation framework, captured delivery data and produced final report supporting continued public funding and future programme development.

This project was funded by Creative Ireland and the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht and Media under the Creative Ireland Health and Wellbeing Shared Island Programme. The programme was led by Kerry County Council Arts Office and Creative Ireland Kerry, and delivered in partnership with Family Resource Centres National Forum (Ireland), the Healthy Living Centres Alliance (Northern Ireland), Ballyheigue Family Resource Centre, Kenmare Family Resource Centre and Listowel Family Resource Centre, with the support of the HSE South West.
